About

Automation should make a business easier to run, not harder to understand.

I work at the intersection of business processes, finance and practical implementation. That means understanding how the work happens before deciding what to build.

About me

I'm Paul, a 19-year-old student who likes turning ideas into working systems.

My name is Paul Nuyttens. I am 19 and I study for a Bachelor of Business Administration at IE University, an international environment where I am developing my understanding of business, finance and entrepreneurship.

I am passionate about artificial intelligence and the practical ways it can help people work, learn and organise information. I do not see AI as a reason to add complexity. I see it as one possible tool for removing repetitive work and making better use of what a person or business already knows.

I have already worked alongside professionals inside technology businesses on real questions involving finance, people, reporting, company knowledge and internal operations. I also build my own projects, including Asymetra and several specialised AI agents.

That combination of business studies, hands-on building and curiosity about AI is the foundation of this studio. I can work across finance, HR, sales, marketing, customer service and the day-to-day operations that connect them.

Working principles

Organise the work before adding more technology.

01

Understand before building

The process, users, risks and exceptions come before the solution.

02

Keep judgement human

Sensitive decisions and customer-facing actions need clear approval points.

03

Design for handover

A system should remain understandable after the person who built it steps away.

04

Be honest about limits

No invented returns, perfect autonomy or claims the system cannot support.

Current perspective

Finance, markets and technology.

Alongside the studio, I founded Asymetra, a quantitative risk analytics project, work as a Research Analyst with IE's Institutional Asset Management Club, and serve as an Ambassador for IE University's Private Equity & Venture Capital Club. These roles reinforce the habits I bring to automation work: make assumptions visible, treat risk seriously and build tools that help people make better decisions.

Have a repetitive process in mind?

Start with the workflow, not the technology.

Describe what is slow, manual or difficult to track. I will help you identify the simplest useful next step.
