Ways to start

A clear first engagement before building more.

These are starting points for a useful conversation. Final pricing depends on the process, tools, data and level of risk.

01

Workflow diagnostic

A focused review of one recurring process, followed by a practical recommendation before you commit to a build.

€350 fixed feeDelivered within 5 working days

Best if: Teams that know something is inefficient but are not yet sure what to automate.

  • One 60-minute discovery session
  • Current-process map and friction points
  • Prioritised recommendations with risks and next steps
  • A scoped implementation estimate
Discuss the process
03

Custom internal system

A tailored agent, knowledge system or internal tool for a workflow that standard software does not handle well.

From €3,000 after scopingUsually 3–8 weeks

Best if: Multi-step work involving several people, decisions, information sources or internal tools.

  • Discovery, prototype and implementation plan
  • A working system with controlled access
  • Normal, edge and failure-case testing
  • Deployment, training and an optional support plan
Discuss the process

The diagnostic fee can be credited against an implementation started within 30 days. Ongoing support is offered only when a live system genuinely needs it.

Custom agents

A dedicated agent for your work or personal life.

I design agents around a specific role rather than a vague promise to do everything. For suitable projects, I use Hermes Agent by Nous Research, an open-source agent framework that can run on client-controlled infrastructure and work through familiar communication channels.

The agent can be configured with the right information, tools, permissions, review points and escalation rules. I can then deploy it on the client's own computer, server or cloud environment, document the setup and provide ongoing support.
